Rates

Payment is due at the time of service:

Initial Assessment Interview (50-60 minutes): $200 (Self-pay)

Individual Therapy Session (50-60 minutes): $120 (Self-pay)

Your insurance carrier sets copays.

Insurance
​Invincible Light Therapy is an in-network provider for the following PPO insurance plans:

Blue Cross Blue Shield & BCBS Blue Precision

United Healthcare and subsidiary plans

*At the moment, we are not in network with HMO's or Medicaid/Medicare.

If Invincible Light Therapy is out-of-network, check with your insurance carrier because many insurance plans do offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. If your plan includes this benefit, we can provide you with billing statements to submit for reimbursement.
